"Oh my Goddess!" Asuna prayed. "What in the name of Syreal is going on here?" she thought. Could this be happening right in front of her eyes?

Standing just south of The Prexion Square, Asuna was speaking with the Baron she had met. She didn't understand his thirst for blood as she was of the same race as he. Are all other shadows as this one is?

Maldwyn walked down Dreysdale Avenue where they stood just as the questmaster appeared. He spoke to the questmaster and was rewarded for a deed he had done. The Baron was concealed in Cloak of Star Rubies and adopted a more aggressive stance. The next thing Asuna knew was she was splattered with the blood of Maldwyn. Her clansman fled north toward Redexial the Healer.
